I have been keeping too many secrets these days–it is time to let one out of the bag!
Among other projects and painting, I have been working on a collaborative project with my artist pal, Brenda Watts of Cattails Woodwork. Many of you are familiar with her beautiful work.
We have been friends for some time, we “met” several years ago online through our mutual love of Labrador Retrievers. Eventually, we discovered we were both artists working in very different mediums and an appreciation for each others artwork formed. I have many of her pieces in my home and she has my work in her home as well as in her fabulous shop/studio in PEI. Our appreciation for each others work recently sparked an idea to blend our artworks together into a line of exclusive, handcrafted home accents. A creative partnership that will be Granite and Grain.
Brenda hopes to launch the line from her Cattails Woodwork online store sometime next week. In the meantime, here is a sneak peek!
